Managed Textiles Management Information
System (TIMS).
Transformed application development operation
into a model of computer effectiveness.
Migrated a large mainframe system to
a PC based environment, resulting in significant cost savings and a more
responsive and flexible information management system.
Initiated development in SAS software,
Lotus Notes databases, Internet web pages and other computer technology to
disseminate data more efficiently to the public.
Initiated and implemented security policies
and procedures to protect data, file and web servers, and workstations.
Developed and tested system contingency

D.C.). I have provided database management and programming support on various
mainframe and personal computers. Working closely with analysts, I have designed
many databases and their user-friendly interfaces. I have successfully redesigned
a crucial statistical database system, a poorly documented twenty year accumulation
of several computer languages.
